Most times, head coverings are associated with religious practices, but it has extended into the fashion scene and it is worth every attention it draws.      Before i go further, did you know that a decree known as the Tignon Law was passed to prevent women of African descent , Slave or Free, from unveiling their hair? They were to cover their hair and heads with a knotted headdress.      Headdresses are not just a medium to conceal women's beauty but have been incorporated as a fashion accessory and are becoming mainstream not only for a particular religious sect.
